An agricultural tractor registration is used to allow farm tractors and traction equipment for farm operation to travel on the public highways. Also permitted under this code are vehicles with permanently mounted well-drilling or impregnating machines. These vehicles must have rubber wheels. Vehicles that do not exceed 20 mph are exempt from registration.

Once you register your drone, you will receive an FAA registration certificate. You must have your registration certificate (either a paper copy or digital copy) in your possession when you fly. If another individual operates your drone, they must have your drone registration certificate (either a paper or digital copy) in their possession. Federal law requires drone operators who are required to register, to show their certificate of registration to any Federal, State, or local law enforcement officer if asked.

Failure to register a drone that requires registration may result in regulatory and criminal penalties. The FAA may assess civil penalties up to $27,500. Criminal penalties include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three (3) years.

When your drone registration expires, you need to renew your registration at the FAA DroneZone. If you are having trouble logging into the DroneZone, you may need to reset your password (PDF). Be sure to use the email address you used when you originally registered your drone with the FAA.

Since the beginning of the program in 1992, activities in Categories A through E above have required registration by law. Category F was added by regulation beginning with the 2000-2001 registration year.

The term "person" means each separate legal entity, such as a corporation, partnership, association, or LLC or LP. This means that a separately incorporated subsidiary (or LLC or LP) must register if it engages in the specified activities, even when a parent company is also required to register. All locations and vehicles operated by a person are covered by that person's registration.

After you click on the "Search" button, a list of possible companies will be displayed. The most recent registration number for each company is given next to the company name. Click on the "Details" button at the end of the line to see a short report of the company information with each of the registration numbers associated with that company record. The most recent registration is given at the bottom of the list. Click "View/Print" to see and print a copy of the certificate.

Under the federal hazardous material transportation law (49 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.), offerors and transporters of certain types and quantities of hazardous materials, including hazardous wastes, are required to file a registration statement with the U.S. Department of Transportation and to pay an annual fee. This program began in 1992 and is administered by the Associate Administrator for Hazardous Materials Safety, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). The registration regulations are found at 49 CFR 107.601-107.620.

A Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration will be issued for each completed application. The certificate contains the assigned Registration Number, the registration year or multi-year period covered by the registration, the date the particular copy was issued or reissued, and the expiration date. Please note that registrations cover the period between July 1 of the first of the "Registration Year(s)" on the certificate through June 30 of the second of those years. The first six characters of the Registration Number represent the date the application was processed as mmddyy. Certificates issued after May 1, 2012, will also display an HM Company ID. Company searches in the On-Line Registration Service and through the "Company Registration Look-Up" may be performed through this HM Company ID.

A list of selected North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards assigned to them is provided among the topics in the right column. If your primary industry group is not included in this list, the SBA's complete list of the current size standards by NAICS code is provided on the SBA's website.

A link to the HMR section of the Government Printing Office's Electronic Code of Federal Regulations is provided here. The registration regulations are found at 49 CFR 107.601 - 620; the definitions provided in the HMR are at 49 CFR 171.8; and the placarding requirements begin at 49 CFR 172.500.

The completed 2022-2023 (or 2022-2024 or 2022-2025) registration statement and payment must be submitted before July 1, 2022, or before engaging in any of the activities requiring registration, whichever is later.

Copies of the registration statement and the certificate of registration must be kept for three years at your principal place of business and must be available for inspection. Motor carriers and vessel operators must also have on board a copy of the current certificate of registration, or another document bearing the current year's registration number identified as the "U.S. DOT Hazmat Reg. No." Every truck or truck tractor or vessel you use for the transportation of a hazardous material that meets the registration criteria must have this proof of registration on board.

If you engaged in any of the hazardous materials activities in categories A through E in registration years before 2000-2001, or if you engaged in any of the activities in categories A through F in registration years 2000-2001 through 2021-2022, but did not register, you must do so now.

Highway carriers of certain types of hazardous materials are required to obtain a Hazardous Materials Safety Permit from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Some (but not all) of the activities that require a highway carrier to register with PHMSA also require the carrier to obtain a safety permit from FMCSA. All companies that are required to have an FMCSA Safety Permit are required to have a PHMSA Registration. Some highway carriers will need only a PHMSA registration. For further information on the FMCSA Hazardous Materials Safety Permit requirements, click here. A printable brochure is available here.

Registration granted under subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall not entitle a registrant to (1) manufacture or distribute controlled substances in schedule I or II other than those specified in the registration, or (2) manufacture any quantity of those controlled substances in excess of the quota assigned pursuant to section 826 of this title.

In registering an emergency medical services agency pursuant to paragraph (1), the Attorney General shall allow such agency the option of a single registration in each State where the agency administers controlled substances in lieu of requiring a separate registration for each location of the emergency medical services agency.

If a hospital-based emergency medical services agency is registered under subsection (g), the agency may use the registration of the hospital to administer controlled substances in accordance with this subsection without being registered under this subsection.

In the Republic of Korea, a resident registration number (RRN) (Korean: 주민등록번호; Hanja: 住民登錄番號; romanized: Jumin Deungnok Beonho) is a 13-digit number issued to all residents of South Korea regardless of nationality. Similar to national identification numbers in other countries, it is used to identify people in various private transactions such as banking and employment. It was also used extensively for online identification purposes, but after 2013 resident registration number cannot be used for identification unless other laws require processing resident registration numbers.[1] Foreign nationals receive a foreign resident number (외국인등록번호) upon registration with the local immigration office.

Every South Korean citizen within a month of their 17th birthday registers their fingerprint at the government local office and is issued the Resident Registration Card (주민등록증) that contains their name, registration number, home address, fingerprint and picture.

Every citizen of South Korea automatically receives a resident registration number with seventh digit of 9, 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 (indicating as a Korean citizen) when one's parents register one's birth in South Korea. Therefore, foreign born citizens of South Korea do not automatically receive a resident registration number even after they obtain their Korean passports through Korean diplomatic offices. Foreign born citizens can have resident registration numbers with seventh digit of 9, 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 by visiting South Korea and registering their births, but the South Korean Immigration Bureau considered foreign born citizens with overseas permanent resident status as foreigners and did not issue a resident registration number with seventh digit of 9, 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 to foreign born citizens with overseas permanent resident status. Since a resident registration number with seventh digit of 9, 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 is required to exercise rights of citizenship, citizens without a resident registration number were not guaranteed rights of citizenship except diplomatic protection. 2ff7e9595c
